How does Covid 19 impact my delivery? 

Due to COVID-19, there are significant delays across the Australia Post network because of the increased number of deliveries and COVID safe precautions in place, and your parcel will take longer than regular delivery estimates to reach you. As a result, your order may take 5-10 business days if you live in a metro area and up to 15 business days if you live in a regional area to reach you.

Who do you ship orders with?

Whimsical Wonderland are currently using Australia Post to ship all your orders. 

How regularly do you dispatch to the post office?

We aim to do daily drop offs to the post to ensure packages are on the move.

What is the production time for custom made products?

Custom made products using in stock fabric have approximately 2-3 weeks for production and completion.

Custom made products using special order fabrics could take between 2-5 weeks for production and completion depending on where supplies are sourced. We will always keep you informed of your order progress. 

Variations in colours? 

We have made every effort to display products as accurately as possible on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please allow for some variations. 

How do I wash my custom creations?  

Your product is special, made especially for you. We encourage you to wash on a gentle cold machine cycle. Do not tumble. Do no bleach. 

Can I choose my fabric?

Absolutely!! We would love to help you find the perfect fabric. Message us and we can start exploring options together. 

Can I have my order Gift Wrapped?

You sure can! We have a great range of gift boxes in the studio available for wrapping. All gift boxes are shipped out with ribbon and the option to add a personalised message from you. 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are available here on the website in increments of $25, $50 and $100. 

What if I change my mind after I receive my order?

If the product is a ready to ship item and we haven't dispatched your order, there is a chance we can fix this. So be quick. 
If the product is a custom made piece, unfortunately fabrics would be ordered, cut in production for construction, so we are unable to assist. 

Do you offer contactless pick up? 

We do, at two locations. Gladstone Park and Niddrie VIC. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. This can definitely be arranged. Message us for a quote as each country varies, and the weight of the products needs to be calculated
