Whimsical Wonderland does not accept returns of good for change of mind. Once an order has been received, customers have 7 days to report any damage for a refund or replacement of the faulty goods. Due to our products being handmade, we may not have the product in the same style, size and colour or alternatively additional fabric in your chosen print. In this case, you will be offered the closest alternative possible.
Whimsical Wonderland does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods during transit. For lost or stolen goods during postage please notify us within 7 days so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
